Meet The Staff

Mark Carrasco

Mark is our owner as well as a hands on liner and sales technician. You may see him out in the field for our more advanced jobs or have him taking video of your pipes to give you an estimate. When he isn’t doing that he is in the office taking phone calls and working to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mark’s wife Molly also works in the office, and you may even speak to her when you call us.

Frank Demonte

Frank is our drain specialist, and the person who runs the majority of our service calls. He is originally from New York, and moved to Arizona about a year ago. This means he is not only used to getting jobs done as quickly as possible, but he has very well rounded training reflecting his experience in both states. When he isn’t working he spends his free time watching his favorite sports and catching up with friends and family.

Brandon Hopkins

Brandon is our lead sales technician and most likely the person you’ll interact with when you receive an estimate. He has been in the plumbing industry for over 20 years and his training is constantly being updated to the most up to date plumbing techniques. He is also a proud father, one of which is a U.S navy sailor, as well as a proud grandfather of twelve wonderful grandchildren.

Roger Pippin

Roger is a senior plumber here at Zippity, with 20+ years within the industry. He can tackle any plumbing job we throw at him and makes sure every job is done to perfection. If anything goes wrong he is the first to figure out the problem and make sure no customer is left with anything less. Roger also has three daughters who he cares about more than anything, as well as two dogs who he spends his free time with.

Sheldon Van Beek

Sheldon is one of our top lining specialists and has been working for Zippity for two years now. He currently goes back and forth between working service calls along Frank, and learning everything he can about lining. He has recently been starting to work lining calls by himself, as his training has given him the confidence to start to branch out on his own. When he isn’t working he spends his free time hunting as well as spending time with friends, family and his puppy Behr.
